Jonson Street – Byron Bay 2018
Jonson St is a main street commercial and retail strip in Byron Bay NSW. This dilapidated site at No. 58 was transformed into a building which offers high commercial visibility, light and transparency on the corner of Railway Park via a new screen wall to the Jonson Street and Railway Park frontage. The Commonwealth Bank moved from next door and now occupies the premier building.
In addition, the Patagonia store within the site has been extensively upgraded and proactive project management kept retail trading for the duration of refurbishment.
BJA are now exploring development options for 56 Jonson to replace the old Commonwealth Bank.
