BJA took on the renovation of a one bedroom unit within an old harbourfront block in the beautiful suburb of Fairlight. We generated an additional study/bedroom and combined the bathroom toilet and laundry into a generous wet room. The renovation was completed under the Design and Building Practitioners Act, and body corporate requirements, while the ‘paper work’ was extensive it was essential to ensure we could present a completed project for our clients.
