BJA have completed 10 Group Homes to date for the Warrah Society, the Afford Group in Penrith and Sunnyfield on the Northern Beaches. All needed custom design solutions to fit the small urban sites as well as meticulous planning and detailing to comply with the Australian Standard Access requirements.

Our passion is to go beyond the standard solutions, to create homes that meet the resident’s excitement to be living independently, with support, integrated into society. Our responsive architecture provides for their individual needs within a warm domestic environment.

We worked within the Access and Disability Advisory Committee (ADAC) and Urban Growth project Management structures on specific projects.
