The design of this Manly Boarding House involves adopting the style and character features of the existing Darley Road facade. For the most part, the design for the internal layout required documentation to the millimetre, to meet strict dimensional and acoustic requirements of Boarding House legislation. Plans condense and optimise the accommodation and shared living areas.

The original facade will be rebuilt to maintain the  quirky Spanish mission style of the original building. 

Further additions include a 3rd level.
