Group Home Elanora Heights 2017
This group home is one of four BJA designed for the Sunnyfield Disability Services group. Sunnyfield are transitioning residents from outmoded institutional care to smaller scaled residential houses. Two self contained homes per site each have their own entry and outdoor spaces whilst sharing communal areas.
Living rooms are north facing with generous ceiling volumes and solar access. Adjoining outdoor covered spaces provide a social hub for each home. Shared facilities include a craft workshop and landscaped gardens, as well as garages.
