Another of Brookvale’s stock of old besser-block factories is to be converted into a Gin Distillery. Major renovations are required to provide a fire safe production area and a front of house tasting bar and restaurant.
BJA obtained Development approval, and in conjunction with Matt Cliffe of C2 Interior Design, generated an interior ambiance of a materials palette, lighting and colours conducive to the gin culture!
The Tender documentation package was completed and we have seen this project come to life.
