NEWPORT

The renovation of this two level waterfront residence involved almost complete  remodelling, additions and fit-out. Generous room volumes are filled with natural light from louvered skylights,  verandahs are covered with translucent membrane roofs.

A palette of off white walls and light coloured Victorian ash timbers is used throughout, including the bespoke wine storage and bar.

Integrated smart house technology is used.
